AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 25,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a Designer with strong visual taste to help drive our creative initiatives across web and brand. When it comes to design, we’re looking to work with experienced people who can pick up any problem and solve it. For us, it’s both how it works and how it looks. At its core, Linear is a developer tool where speed, interactions, and small details matter. We expect a broad set of design skills and the ability to create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role, you will help communicate Linear's story—what we're building and why it matters—as part of our internal creative agency: the Magic Team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location &amp; work mode</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in North America or Europe time zones. You can work from anywhere within those regions. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.</em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with developers to build website and landing pages </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with marketing on branding initiatives </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with other designers and copywriters to develop integrated marketing concepts that can extend across various channels</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Several years of experience leading and designing interactive web experiences</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent visual, UI, motion and interactive design skills </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Eye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with.
