You’ll work closely with <strong>Growth, RevOps, Sales, and Success</strong>, helping us <strong>translate product usage and customer signals into actionable workflows</strong> — improving how we identify, prioritize, and convert opportunities across the funnel.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions. This is not a traditional marketing or sales role; it’s a systems and execution role focused on increasing the efficiency of our PLG → revenue engine.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Be Responsible For</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Automation & Workflow Engineering</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Design and build</strong> automation across our GTM stack (HubSpot, BigQuery, Hightouch, enrichment tools) to reduce manual toil.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own and extend</strong> our PLS trigger infrastructure to translate product usage signals into actionable workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Maintain</strong> HubSpot architecture, including workflows, custom properties, and sequences to support evolving motions.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Tooling for Customer-Facing Teams</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build</strong> lightweight internal tools and dashboards that provide AEs, BDRs, and CSAs with real-time account intelligence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Integrate</strong> AI (Claude, Gemini) into rep workflows for account research, meeting prep, and transcript summarization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Partner</strong> with RevOps on compensation tracking, pipeline reporting, and territory tooling.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Data & Insights</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Develop</strong> GTM dashboards in Hex for leadership and frontline teams to monitor pipeline coverage and PLS conversion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Connect</strong> product data from BigQuery to our CRM to create a unified view of account health.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Manage</strong> data enrichment pipelines to ensure contact data is accurate and actionable.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Infrastructure & Integrations</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Extend</strong> integrations across the GTM stack, specifically the sync between HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build</strong> APIs, webhooks, and Cloud Functions to automate data flows and cross-system syncs.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>You Might Be a Good Fit If You</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Have 3+ years</strong> of experience in a GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or RevOps Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Are comfortable</strong> working with HubSpot (APIs, custom objects), SQL/BigQuery, and building automations with Python or Node.js.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Communicate clearly</strong> across both technical and non-technical audiences, specifically Sales and Marketing stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Have experience</strong> in async or globally distributed teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Are energized</strong> by solving real-world problems for developers and deploying applied AI in a sales context.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Are comfortable</strong> navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and owning your own roadmap.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Fully Remote</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We hire globally.
