Manager II, Engineering - Site Reliability Engineering

<p>We are seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead a group within Datadog’s Site Reliability Engineering organization, spanning teams focused on resilience validation, chaos engineering, and penetration testing. This role operates at the intersection of reliability, security, and proactive risk mitigation, driving initiatives that directly improve system robustness at scale. You will manage managers, shape the strategic vision for reliability in a rapidly evolving landscape influenced by AI-driven development, and partner across the organization to elevate engineering practices.
