<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>Doctolib is looking for a <strong>medical expert </strong>to join our Medical Excellence team, and contribute to the delivery of medical innovations with a direct public health impact. Reporting to the Medical Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the value of medical features and medical content on all our products across Europe. We work to deliver software products that are scientifically and medically robust.</p> <h3 data-start="87" data-end="122"> </h3> <h2><strong>Your mission</strong></h2> <p>While your end mission will be to help our users deliver better care and people take better care of their health, you'll be supporting our Product & Tech teams crafting and developping the best solutions to fit their needs. Integrated in our features teams you'll be working on a specific product domain.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p> <p data-start="87" data-end="122"><br><strong>Functionality </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Work hand-in-hand with our product and tech team to ensure we build the best products from a scientific and medical standpoint</strong></li> <li><strong>Assess</strong> the medical value and risks of medical features in our products to ensure development of qualitative, safe and reliable products and review the related specifications</li> <li><strong>Review and validate</strong> medical features before roll-out to ensure accuracy and quality, including AI model performance when relevant</li> <li><strong>Maintain</strong> medical features & content up to date to provide healthcare professionals with accurate up to date medical information</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3 data-start="87" data-end="122"><strong>Content</strong></h3> <p><em>Medical content includes (non-exhaustive list)</em></p> <p data-start="87" data-end="122"><em>In product content : medical guidelines and templates (ex: prescription template, care plan explanation), decision trees or algorithms based on recommendations, for both doctors and patients</em><em>Media & marketing content:<br><br></em></p> <ul> <li><strong>Participate to the definition & implementation</strong> of the medical knowledge strategy for Doctolib products</li> <li><strong>Review medical features & content to validate</strong> accuracy of messaging conveying medical information to healthcare professionals or patients</li> <li><strong>Coordinate the end-to-end content creation and validation programs on your scope</strong>, including interactions with public organisations, scientific society, doctors, …</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3 data-start="87" data-end="122"><strong>Coordination & Monitoring</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Perform scientific & medical bibliography</strong> to ensure all content & products on your scope rely on trusted sources</li> <li><strong>Work in close collaboration with Healthcare professionals </strong>(Doctolib pioneers) as well as many teams within Doctolib (Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, …) to ensure that we provide the best medical tools to doctors & patients</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p>Are you convinced that you have exactly what it takes for the position?
