We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and scale paid acquisition across channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging developer-focused platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns that drive qualified signups, pipeline, and revenue, not just clicks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop channel strategy across search, paid social, retargeting, and experimentation budgets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Test ad copy and creative angles tailored to technical audiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with creative, content, and product marketing to ship high-performing ad concepts and landing page iterations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage campaign structure, keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding to improve CAC and payback</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own measurement and attribution, with support from ops and engineering: tracking setup, conversion quality, offline conversion imports, and incrementality testing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze performance trends and communicate results clearly through dashboards, reporting, and weekly insights</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run structured experiments to identify new growth levers (new audiences, formats, offers, onboarding flows)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with sales, lifecycle, and data teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates downstream</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay current on platform changes, AI-driven campaign formats, and new opportunities in the paid media ecosystem</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You may be a fit if</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are actively hiring for both senior and junior roles.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to manage meaningful monthly budgets and scale spend efficiently while maintaining performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and at least one major paid social platform</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of funnel metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, and conversion rates</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with analytics and attribution tools.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets, cohort analysis, and performance modeling</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to move fast, test often, and iterate based on data and user insight</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in B2B paid media.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willingness to go above and beyond—this isn’t a strict 9–5 role, and while we respect work-life balance, the right person is energized by the occasional late-night project or weekend ping if it means a big opportunity for the business.</p></li></ul>
