🌍 SAP SuccessFactors Consultant — Employee Central Specialist | Freelance | Remote Worldwide A confidential HR technology client is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong Employee Central expertise for an ongoing freelance engagement. Full remote, open to candidates globally. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module • Support HR digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients • Lead or participate in E2E SuccessFactors implementations • Manage integrations using Integration Center and CPI/BIB • Provide functional support, troubleshooting and AMS services • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions • Document configurations, processes, and functional specs ✅ Requirements: • 3–7 years of SAP SuccessFactors hands-on experience • Deep knowledge of Employee Central — mandatory • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations (CPI, Integration Center, BIB) • SAP SuccessFactors Certification preferred • Strong communication skills — English required, Spanish is a plus • Ability to work independently in remote environments • Consultative mindset with strong client-facing skills 💼 Desirable: • Additional modules: Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Compensation • SAP BTP knowledge • Experience with LATAM HR regulatory frameworks 📋 Engagement Details: • Contract Type: Freelance • Location: 100% Remote — Worldwide • Schedule: Flexible • Duration: Long-term (ongoing project) • Confidential client — leading HR technology & consulting firm
