Doctolib is growing, and we are hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer in Nantes to join the
Business Performance
team.
Your mission will be to help Doctolib reinforce its position as a leading healthcare technology platform by building high-quality products that improve the daily lives of healthcare professionals and patients. You will work in feature teams developing solutions that directly impact millions of people across Europe.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.
Your impact
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features that deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients
Design and implement technical solutions ensuring performance, security, and usability across our fullstack applications (React, Ruby on Rails, JVM ecosystem)
Strong design and architecture skills: you contribute to technical decisions, not just implementation
A track record of balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability under real constraints
Comfortable with AI-assisted development workflows, and able to help your team raise their own proficiency
Share your expertise and collaborate across teams to evolve Doctolib's architecture and technical standards

You have
fullstack software engineering
experience with React and the JVM ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot) - Ruby experience is a bonus
