Job Description

In partnership with a leading Spanish consulting partner, we are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation cycles (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Go-Live) for one or more SSFF modules. - Functional Design: Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and workbooks. - Configuration & Integration: Perform hands-on configuration of the SuccessFactors suite. Major focus on Employee Central (EC) and integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB) or Point-to-Point (PTP). - Data Migration: Oversee or execute data mapping and migration from legacy systems (SAP HCM or third-party) to SuccessFactors. - Support & Optimization: Provide high-level AMS (Application Management Support) for post-go-live incidents and complex system enhancements. - Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key client stakeholders, providing strategic advice on HR digital transformation. Technical & Professional Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects. - Certifications: Active SAP SuccessFactors Professional/Associate Certification (Employee Central is highly preferred). - Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Employee Central (EC), experience with Integration Center, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and BIB. - Languages: Knowledge of Spanish and English at a professional level (B2/C1). - Soft Skills: Leadership capacity to manage small teams of junior consultants and high analytical skills for troubleshooting.
