🚀 Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Freelance | Worldwide | 30 EUR/h We are partnering with a leading consulting firm seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a long-term freelance engagement. 100% Remote — open to candidates worldwide. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation cycles (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live) • Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements • Configure and optimize SuccessFactors modules — focus on Employee Central + integrations • Design and implement integrations via Integration Center, CPI, and BIB • Support data migration from legacy SAP HCM or third-party systems • Provide AMS post go-live support and continuous improvements • Deliver technical and functional documentation • Act as key point of contact for client stakeholders ✅ Requirements: • 5+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience • Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) — mandatory • Experience with Integration Center, SAP CPI, and BIB connectors • Active SAP SuccessFactors Certification — highly preferred • Proven experience leading E2E implementations independently • English B2/C1 minimum + Spanish fluent • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment • Experience with international/multicultural teams 💼 Nice to Have: • Additional SF modules: Recruiting (RCM/RMK), Learning (LMS), Performance & Goals, Compensation, Onboarding • Knowledge of SAP BTP • Experience in LATAM or European markets 📋 Details: • Type: Freelance / Contract • Rate: 30 EUR/hour • Location: 100% Remote — Worldwide • Duration: 6–12+ months (extension possible)
